How do I buy HYPE token using OneShot?

To buy HYPE token using OneShot:

1. Download the OneShot app from the App Store
2. Create an account using your email
3. Deposit USDC to your wallet
4. Use your USDC to buy HYPE token with a market order

What types of orders can I place on OneShot?

OneShot currently supports market orders for spot trading. This allows you to buy or sell tokens at the current market price.

How do I deposit funds to OneShot?

You can deposit USDC directly to your OneShot wallet. The app provides a simple on-ramp process to get you started quickly.

The on-ramp successfully charged my credit card, but I don't see the funds in my wallet. What should I do?

Please allow up to 5 minutes for the funds to appear in your wallet, as this is the standard processing time for the bridge. If the funds have not appeared after this period, rest assured that your funds cannot be lost since OneShot provides a non-custodial wallet. To verify your funds, you can export your wallet's private key from the export page, import it into MetaMask, and switch to the Arbitrum One network. If your funds are not visible on Arbitrum and not in your OneShot wallet, please contact the on-ramp provider for assistance.

How do I deposit larger amounts? Is there a way to send cryptocurrency directly to my OneShot wallet?

Yes, you can make direct deposits to your OneShot wallet. Simply copy your wallet address from the Account page and send USDC to this address on the Arbitrum One network. The funds will be automatically deposited into your OneShot wallet on Hyperliquid. Please note that only USDC deposits on Arbitrum One are supported - do not send any other cryptocurrencies to this address.

How secure is OneShot?

OneShot uses secure, non-custodial wallet technology. This means you maintain control of your assets while still enjoying a convenient trading experience.

Can I export my wallet from OneShot?

Yes, OneShot allows you to export your wallet. Visit the export page for more information on how to safely export your wallet.

I accidentally sent non-USDC coins to my wallet address, or I sent USDC to my wallet address on a network other than Arbitrum. What should I do?

If you have sent unsupported tokens or used an incorrect network, you can recover your funds by exporting your wallet from the export page, importing it into MetaMask, and connecting to the appropriate network to access your assets.
